Domestic (within the US) Shipping Carriers
We ship domestic orders using UPS and, in limited cases, the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Important note about USPS: Orders are shipped via USPS only when the delivery address is a P.O. Box, the shipment is going to Alaska or Hawaii, or when the customer specifically requests USPS at checkout (when available). All other domestic orders ship via UPS.
USPS Shipping Methods (Limited Availability)
USPS typically delivers packages by 8 PM on the estimated delivery date. Please note we cannot request or guarantee delivery within a specific time window. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
USPS options (when USPS applies) may include Priority Express Mail and USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Express Mail
USPS Priority Express is not an overnight guarantee. This service generally delivers within 1–2 days (depending on destination). Delivery timing can vary based on your ZIP code, USPS workload, and transportation changes. At checkout, you may be able to see whether your address qualifies for faster delivery.
USPS Priority Express includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–4 business days. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. While Priority Mail often arrives sooner, unforeseen events can cause delays.

UPS Shipping Methods
UPS typically delivers by 8 PM on the estimated delivery date. We are not able to request specific delivery times. UPS delivery is available to physical addresses only—UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground.
UPS options may include UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second-Day Air, and UPS Ground.
UPS Next Day Air Saver
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12 PM PST may qualify for next business day delivery with UPS Next Day Air Saver. UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed on Friday will not deliver until Monday evening, and weekend orders generally deliver by Tuesday evening.
UPS Second-Day Air
UPS Second-Day Air delivers within 2 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–5 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Order Processing Deadlines
- Orders received before 1:00 PM PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship the same day.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM PST on weekdays typically ship the next business day.
- Orders received before 11:00 AM PST on Saturday (excluding holidays) typically ship the same day.
All P.O. Box orders ship via USPS. Alaska and Hawaii orders ship via USPS. USPS may also be used if specifically requested by the customer (when available).
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly and packaging will not disclose the specific items purchased.
Items on Order
If an item is out of stock, the product page will display an estimated restock date when available.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Once your order finishes processing, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that carriers do not pick up from our facility on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after the daily processing deadline, shipment and confirmation may be delayed.
Shipping timelines begin once the carrier has picked up the package from our facility.
