Credit/Debit Cards
Greg’s Botanical accepts payments with major credit and debit cards, to be processed via our bank based in the United States. Buy kratom with a credit card now!
ACH Payments
Greg’s Botanical also accepts ACH payments (checking or savings account). Please select ACH Payment Gateway at checkout. The ACH payment system can be difficult at times. One of the most common issues with ACH is phone number, so make sure your phone number is entered without dashes or spaces. For additional help or questions, please contact us.
Cash App
To use the mobile payment service to buy your kratom, choose mail in money order at checkout and enter in your Cash App username in the “notes” section on the page. Greg’s Botanical will then send you a payment request via the Cash App. Note: Cash App is available in the United States and United Kingdom only.
Checks & Money Orders
In addition to buying kratom with credit cards and other modern methods, you can also pay the old-school way with checks and money order. Select mail in money order or mail in check in checkout. Please make the payment out to Nature’s Garden and ship to the address provided below:

Shipping Information
Your confirmation and tracking will be emailed to you. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our customer service.
We know you want your kratom as soon as possible, so we do our best to ship the same day for orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.

As a kratom vendor that takes credit cards, Cash App, and even crypto, we’re committed to your convenience. That’s why we also take coupons! You may use one coupon per transaction; coupons are not valid on Greg’s Botanical sale items.
